Selling USD to Citizens

Selling United States Dollars to the beneficiaries according to applied controls as 3000USD per person with a price of 1200 Iraqi Dinar for one USD. Media office declared to the bank that (according to the instructions of Iraqi Central bank and citizens needs to buy dollars while travelling outside Iraq, it has been decided to start selling USD according to bank rules which is to buy 1USD for 1200 Iraqi Dinar and the beneficiary has to propose his passport along with flight booking and why he needs the USD for treatment purposes or official scholarships or studying and other convenient reasons. Referring that one person has the right to get three thousand United States Dollar only.
